Now I am working on my business reorientation. Last 20 years I am working in the machinery building business. Below a few words about me in detail.

I offer over 18 years of sales, consulting, and project management experience with personnel management in the field of worldwide sales of industrial goods for customers in the steel producing industry. Beside the intensive distribution of the equipment, the activities also included the development and expansion of market share through customer acquisition and installation of a reliable local agency network. The last 5 years I am working as managing director sales in a consulting company. The consulting company is responsible for the distribution of industrial plants and equipment on the territory of CIS-States, mainly in Russia. Here we are working with several very well-known big European equipment manufacturers, like PRIMETALS/Linz, FIVES GROUP/Paris etc. During this time, I succeeded to expand the market position of the represented companies through targeted acquisitions in Russia. To hold the leader position, I especially installed local sales agents in the different regions.

I’m sure to have the necessary properties for the development of the new business segment and extend an existing one. This includes understanding of whole metallurgical process at steel producing works, establishing and maintaining contacts at the highest management level, success driven by self-motivation, negotiation skills at different levels, perseverance, and a goal-oriented way of working. Entrepreneurial thinking is just as important to me as a generally positive and cheerful attitude towards life. Depending on the size of the project, my management experience ranges from groups of 2-10 employees. Fluent German, English and Russian skills as well as perfect handling of common software round off my profile. Mobility and willingness to travel are essential for me

Due to my very extensive experience in dealing with people, especially with top management and foresight in the crucial situations, I have the best tools to achieve in developing a new business segment all the goals.
